It´s a personal work to perfect the technique. Finished in 50 hours. Color with Painter and effects with Photoshop.

I wanted to make a realistic illustration but a touch macabre, and the result is a girlfriend just to kill her husband in the honeymoon .. too macabre? can be.

Brushes used:
Blood with a custom brush photoshop, changing opacity and layer multiplity mode.
For the skin I used soft airbrush in Painter, with 35% opacity, resat 85%, bleed 18% and jitter 0%.
For little details, detail airbrush, opacity 20%, resat 33% and bleed 100%.
Clothing is also made by custom brushes using them as a stamp, Using it requires a bit of patience as the stamp has to
be rotated continuously, but it enables you to create truly realistic
effects after getting used to it.
Blenders used: soft blender stump and just and water.
For the air, flat oils.

The hair was not natural enough, but I hope that with the following drawings fence getting the desired effect.
